Refund Policy & 10× Backtest Verification Offer

1. Standard Digital Course Policy
This is a digital educational product. Once course access has been activated or digital content has been delivered, the standard course fee is non-refundable, except only under the separate 10× Backtest Verification Offer described below.
2. Strategy and Eligible Historical Period
The offer applies only to the Version 0.09 Strategy and only to the complete pre-launch five-year historical period from 1 January 2020 through 31 December 2024.
3. What Qualifies as a Negative Month
A qualifying negative month means the total calendar-month result is below zero after including every eligible trade on all applicable trading days and applying the exact entry, stop-loss, target, exit and return-calculation methodology documented in the course. A single losing trade, losing day, losing week or selected subset does not qualify.
4. Evidence Required
- Valid purchase proof and registered learner details.
- Complete date-wise trade log for the claimed month.
- All eligible trading days and all valid setups, without skipping or cherry-picking.
- Entry, stop-loss, target, exit and result calculation for each trade.
- Chart screenshots or video evidence and the historical data source used.
- The same instrument, timeframe, parameters and strategy rules taught in the course.
5. Verification Process
Dhokiya's may independently reproduce the submitted month using the course methodology. A claim is valid only when the negative calendar-month result is reproducible under the same complete rules. Partial backtests, changed parameters, skipped trades, changed timeframe/instrument, or selective data are not eligible.
6. Refund Amount
After successful written verification, Dhokiya's will refund 10 times the actual course fee paid to us. At a course fee of ₹999, the refund is ₹9,990. One verified claim is permitted per purchaser/order. The payment will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
7. What Is Not Covered
No 10× refund or performance guarantee applies to any period from 1 January 2025 onwards. The offer does not cover future or live trading results, personal trading profit/loss, missed trades, rule violations, brokerage, taxes, slippage, liquidity, execution differences, broker/data-feed differences or altered strategy settings.
8. No Future-Return Guarantee
This is a limited historical backtest verification offer. It is not an assurance of monthly profit, an investment-return guarantee, or a promise that future/live results will match historical backtesting.
